I have submitted my leasing application form, how can I check the progress? |

Generally speaking, we will contact you within five working days after receiving your applications. The validity of the application form is 3 months. If there's any enquiries during that period, please call the district office concerned or our Customer Service Hotline at 3168 0080. |

What are the ways for renting shops of The Link? |
| A. |
|
You are welcomed to contact our district office directly after identifying your desired shop, or refer to Tender Notice. |

After the closing date of tender, on what criteria will The Link assess the tender proposals? |
| A. |
|
The Link will determine the market rent of the shops according to the trades designated in the tender. We'll only consider those applications with the proposed rental reaching the determined market rent and a suitable application will be chosen after our evaluations. |

Can non-Hong Kong residents tender for the leasing of the shops managed by The Link? |
| A. |
|
Applicants who apply in personal capacity must be holders of Hong Kong Identity Cards. |

Will The Link charge the applicants any processing fees? |
| A. |
|
Applicants will not be charged any processing fees. However, in submitting the tender proposals, they must enclose a cheque for tender deposit of the exact amount equal to three (3) months' suggested monthly rent, management charge and/or air-conditioning charge (for shopping centre with air-conditioning provision only). |

How can applicants check the progress after submitting the tender proposals? |

We will notify applicants of the tender results in writing within 14 working days after the tender is closed. For enquiries, applicants can call our Customer Service Hotline at 3168-0080 to provide their case details for our follow-up actions. |

When will the cheques for deposit be banked in after submission of the tender proposals by the applicants? If tender application fails, when will the cheque be returned? |

|
The cheques will be banked in only after acceptance of the tender proposals. For unsuccessful cases, cheque will be returned within 25 working days after the closing date of tender. |

Can applicants change information after submitting the tender proposals? |
| A. |
|
To ensure that the tendering process is fair and square, no change of information is allowed after the tender proposals have been submitted. |

Will the tender closing date and time be postponed if Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a "Black" Rainstorm Warning is announced on the same day? |

|
If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a "Black" Rainstorm Warning is announced before the tender is closed, and remains hoisted or in force beyond the closing time, the deadline for tenders will automatically be deferred to 10:00 a.m. on the next earliest possible working day. However, the closing date and time will remain unchanged if the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal or Rainstorm Warning is lowered or withdrawn two hours before the closing time. Late submission will not be considered. |
